This field pulls the facility legacy 1 value and qualifier from the Facility window, Facility IDs grid, Legacy 1 column. The application calculates the qualifier based on the legacy value and pulls it in front of the legacy number. The application selects the correct entry from the grid, if multiple entries are present, via the rules engine selection process.
